Department of Health & Human Services
approves “The Hollow Site”
The Department of Health & Human Services
gave BCHC Inc. approval to open a new site at
82-88 George Street to meet the badly needed
primary care services in the Hollow Area. This
site will house one mid-level provider, one
nurse, patient care advocate and a receptionist.
The site is under construction with a projected
opening date in December of 2005.
Department of Health & Human Services
awards medical expansion grant for the Stamford
site.
BCHC was awarded two year medical expansion
grant for its Stamford site. The annual grant
of $600,000 aims to expand medical services
to the diverse uninsured and underinsured population
of the greater Stamford area

BCHC was awarded three year Homeless Grant
for its Stamford Community Health Center site
by the Department of Health Human Services to
provide primary health care services at Stamford

Park City Primary Care
Center adds Dental Services
Park City Primary Care Center has added dental
services to the primary care services it provides
at its site at 64 Black Rock Ave in Bridgeport,
CT.
The dental department is equipped with three
operatories with the latest equipment. This
facility provides routine and preventative dental
care services. The current staffs consist of
full time dentist, dental hygienist, dental
assistant and front office receptionist.
