TELEPHONE CALLS
You are encouraged to call with any questions you have concerning medical problems. Our physicians, however, spend most of their time seeing patients and may not be able to answer every phone call. Our office staff have been trained to answer many of your questions. They can also relay your information to the doctor who will return your call at the earliest opportunity. All emergency calls will be screened by your provider's nurse who will call you back to discuss the need to be seen at BCHC or referred to the ER.

AFTER HOURS TELEPHONE CALLS
If you find it necessary to contact the doctor after normal office hours, the answering service will forward all messages to your doctor or the physician on call. Your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity.
