Welcome to the web site of Bridgeport Community Health Center Inc. The Bridgeport Community Health Center is a leading provider of comprehensive integrated health and human services in Bridgeport, Stratford and Stamford.
The Center provides comprehensive outpatient health care for the entire family from prenatal through geriatric services.
All Health Center physicians are on staff at Bridgeport and Stamford Hospitals. Trained counselors can help you if you have family, substance abuse, mental health or other concerns. We are glad to assist you in completing applications for SAGA, Medicaid or other programs.
